About the Role & Important Work Schedule Information 🌎

As a Linux Systems Administrator, You will leverage your deep expertise in Linux systems to deploy, manage, and support applications in the Cloud service.

Please Note: This position operates according to the USA calendar and Mountain Time (MT) zone. For our team in Brazil, this means your work schedule will be aligned with a different time zone, offering a unique international work dynamic.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

Youll be a key player in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our clients systems.

Configure and manage Linux virtual servers and related technologies (with some Windows).
Perform IFS application upgrades, install patches, and resolve technical problems.
Automate processes to streamline daily operations and enhance workflows.
Provide Level 23 technical support for both internal and external customers.
Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Occasionally, you will be oncall to isolate and resolve performance, availability, or security issues.
