5-8 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations within high-growth tech or fintech environments., Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and experience with sales automation and analytics platforms., Deep understanding of sales methodologies, revenue funnels, and operational process design., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related fields is preferred..
Key responsibilities:
Optimize and improve the end-to-end sales process to drive operational excellence.
Lead revenue analytics, develop dashboards, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute revenue strategies, including territory planning and forecasting.
Manage the sales tech stack, support sales enablement, and oversee lead management and data governance.
