We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next detailobsessed creative wizard to join our HKR team as a Custom Orders Photo Editor, working for a USbased client in the creative production space. 🇺🇸

What youll be doing?🔸 Create awesome custom products like cardboardfoam core cutouts, murals, standouts, and personalized names that wow every time.
🔸 Own and manage B2B custom orders that may include complex sets, large quantities, or require finetuned adjustments to meet client specs.
🔸 Review incoming orders and liaise with Customer Service when clarifications or modifications are needed.
🔸 Take requests from CS and update designs based on the client’s feedback—attention to detail is your thing.
🔸 Occasionally review internal procedures to make sure we’re always running smooth and smart.
🔸 Source and design both Licensed and NonLicensed artwork when needed.
🔸 Keep an eye on production issues and report them proactively to help your team stay ahead of the game.

About You
🎧 You’re a creative pro with handson experience in Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe CC is your playground).
🎧 You’ve worked with Google Drive like a champ and can adapt quickly to other tools when needed (Getty, Notion, Shopify—nice to have).
🎧 You understand the demands of B2B production and enjoy solving puzzles that involve product sets, sizing, and templates.
🎧 You have solid communication skills in English (C1 level) and are comfortable interacting with Customer Service teams.
🎧 You love keeping things organized, meet deadlines like a boss, and have a sharp eye for catching issues before they escalate.
🎧 You’re selfdriven, ready to learn, and bring a processimprovement mindset to the table.
