Curai Health is pioneering a new model of primary care, unlocked by AI, to address the biggest challenges in care delivery. By deploying machine learning into clinical workflows, Curai enables its dedicated, specially trained clinicians to deliver primary care to more people at a fraction of the cost.

Our company is remotefirst and our corporate office is located in San Francisco. We will consider any candidates that are US Physicians fully licensed to practice in the United States and carry the required state licenses.

Clinical Operations at Curai
The clinical team at Curai uses Artificial intelligenceempowered electronic records to deliver urgent care and primary care to our patients. Currently, we are searching for Family Practice Physicians who can see both adult and pediatric patients. We operate 247 and seek flexible clinicians to meet our patients needs.

We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians (comfortable with adults and pediatrics) with several active state licenses.

Our Weekend Shift Physicians work three 12hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

What Youll Do
A day in the life of a Curai Physician is spent doing things like: • Seeing acuteurgent care patients in our live textbased chat clinic. This can also include straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills.
• 90% clinical and 10% administrative tasks. Administrative time is broken down between clinical meetings, EHRautomation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects.
• Being responsible for accurately diagnosing patients using detailed patient historytaking and providing evidencebased treatment recommendations.
• Writing efficient encounter visit notes in a clear fashion that demonstrates strong medical decisionmaking skills, differential diagnoses, and a wellwritten and relevant care plan.
• Closing all notes optimally by the end of the encounter andor at the latest by the end of the shift.
• Partnering with the AIML in the EHR to increase the machine’s ability to assist providers with clinical decision support.
• Providing feedback to the AIML and product teams on features that improve provider efficiency and accuracy.
• Staying abreast of EHR feature updates by continuously training and remaining current on the platform.

What Youll Need
• Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine.
• Prior chatbased telemedicine experience is a plus
• Several active state licenses, IMLC is a plus
• You must also have a clear medical history (no board actions or complaints)
• 5+ years of clinical practice, ideally significant practice or engagement with primary care & pediatrics
• Digital savviness, excellent typing skills, excellent grammatical construction, and excellent command of English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure a meaningful and professional patient experience
• Proficiency in English. Spanish fluency is an added plus
• Startup experience in healthcare is a plus

Salary is dependent on a scale based on years of experience, license coverage, shift selected, and work location. Our annual salary range $245,000 $255,000. What We Offer
