Key responsibilities:

  • Execute manual trades in collaboration with the Trade Desk and support the Client Success team.
  • Assist clients across various channels (Phone, Chat, Web) and resolve complex client issues.
  • Identify operational improvements to enhance trading efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to training and feedback processes to improve client service and product features.

As an Investment Representative, you will be responsible for executing manual trades in collaboration with our Trade Desk, in addition to supporting the Client Success team. We want to deliver extraordinary experiences that meet our clients ondemand expectations while being a compliance leader.

You will be asked to support our clients across all potential channels (Phone, Chat and Web) and flex into solving complicated client edge cases as required.

In this role, youll have the opportunity it:
  • Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what. Build a foundation of investment, personal finance and stock trading knowledge. You will have to explain investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way.
  • Execute regular tasks for Clients including manual trades in collaboration with crossfunctional partners across Wealthsimple
  • Identify operational improvements to improve productivity and efficiency for trading processes
  • Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our backoffice to deliver an exceptional service to our clients
  • Build training materials and information to share with other Client Success teams in the organization
  • Participate in strong feedback loops in a meaningful way as we launch new Product features
  • Bilingualism (FrenchEnglish) considered an asset (readwritespeak)

  • Skills you bring:
  • Industry Experience: 2 years or more of investment industry experience as an IR or similiar

  • Are an excellent communicator and know how to explain complex concepts and work with a variety of people

  • Embrace technology and the role it plays in financial services. Specifically, you have the flexibility to navigate multiple applications simultaneously to deliver unprecedented solutions
  • Possess a passion, curiosity, and energy for finance + investing. You understand the ins and outs of the wealth management, trading, and more importantly know how to explain these concepts simply
