Schedule:

  • Fulltime (35 hours per week)
  • Monday through Friday, 9am4pm Pacific Time
    • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Los Angeles, California area)

      We’re seeking a dedicated PersonalVirtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a successful AI consulting company founder.       Responsibilities
      • Manage comprehensive calendar scheduling and appointment coordination across multiple business ventures
      • Organize and streamline email inbox management and professional correspondence
      • Handle light bookkeeping tasks including QuickBooks data entry and financial administration
      • Process and manage invoices and basic financial documentation
      • Provide general administrative support for AI consulting business operations
      • Assist with personal and familyrelated administrative coordination
      • Facilitate meetings and communications with large organizational clients
      • Support the founder in balancing multiple business interests and personal responsibilities
        • Requirements
          • Fluent English communication skills with clear, professional accent
          • Proven experience in administrative duties and personal assistant responsibilities
          • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software platforms
          • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
          • Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours (9am4pm) consistently
          • Professional communication skills for highlevel client interactions
          • Discretion and confidentiality in handling both business and personal matters
