Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, particularly modeldriven Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals), and Customer Insights. You will work closely with a Power Platform Solution Architect to deliver a tailored CRM system and externalfacing portal that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and data insight.

This is a handson technical role with an opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (modeldriven) to meet evolving business needs.

Build and maintain Power Pages (Portals) for secure, external user interaction.

Integrate and implement Customer Insights for customer segmentation, personalization, and data analytics.

Design and build Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.

Integrate the CRM with other business systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).

Configure Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, views, and business rules.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design sessions, and code reviews.

Provide ongoing technical support and resolve CRMrelated issues efficiently.

Document configurations, customizations, and processes clearly.

Requirements

Proven experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

Strong knowledge of Power Apps (modeldriven apps), Power Pages, and Dataverse.

Handson experience with Microsoft Customer Insights (segments, measures, journeys).

Proficiency in Power Automate, JavaScript.

Experience customizing forms, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.

Comfortable working with HTMLCSS and Liquid for portal development.

Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem integrations (e.g., Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, or Azure DevOps.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL400, PL600).

Familiarity with Agile project delivery and sprintbased collaboration.
