Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

8am 3pm est with 1 hr unpaid break
30 hours a week

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (New York)


Were seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to join our content creators team and help amplify their digital presence across multiple platforms. Youll play a crucial role in maintaining consistent posting schedules, crafting engaging captions that drive audience interaction, and performing light video editing tasks. This position offers handson experience in the fastpaced world of influencer marketing, working with content that reaches hundreds of thousands of engaged followers. Youll be supporting a successful content creator who has already built substantial followings and is looking to scale their operations efficiently.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule and publish content across 5 Instagram accounts, maintaining 8 posts per week for each account (7 reels and 1 carousel post)

  • Manage TikTok posting schedule with 3 posts per day to maintain consistent audience engagement

  • Write compelling captions and onscreen text that encourage viewer interaction and boost engagement rates

  • Perform basic video editing tasks including adding music tracks and cutting footage for optimal 1015 second clips

  • Coordinate posting schedules across all platforms to ensure consistent content flow and maximum audience reach

  • Optimize content timing and presentation to align with audience engagement patterns



    • Requirements
      • Proven experience in social media management, particularly for influencer or content creator accounts

      • Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging captions that drive audience interaction

      • Technical proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok

      • Basic video editing skills for shortform content creation and optimization

      • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content management systems

      • Understanding of influencer marketing strategies and audience engagement best practices

      • Techsavvy approach with ability to adapt to new platforms and tools quickly

      • Experience working with modeling, lifestyle, or entertainment content preferred
