To continue delivering a bestinclass educational experience they are seeking a datadriven, systemsfocused Program Operations Analyst to own the operational foundation that empowers their Community Leaders to create exceptional member experiences and drive sustainable community growth.Youll own the endtoend operational support system for Community Leaders from enablement to performance tracking and process optimization. Your mission: sustain and improve how we support the leaders who make our community thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Build and manage comprehensive support systems for Community Leaders across our tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, GSuite, Hivebrite, and Brex.
  • Own the ongoing enablement programs for both Community Leaders and their Steering Committees.
  • Own payroll management, performance tracking, and operational workflow optimization.
    • Systems & Process Innovation

      • Partner with Community Leaders to identify operational pain points and create creative solutions that drive efficiency gains.
      • Maintain regular communication cadence with Community Leaders, proactively troubleshooting issues and implementing scalable solutions before problems arise.
      • Lead crossfunctional collaboration to understand business challenges, quantify their revenue impact, and deliver datadriven process improvements.
        • Performance & Analytics

          • Track Community Leader performance and community health metrics through KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure quality member experiences.
          • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis that directly influence retention, growth, and revenue outcomes.
          • Scale operational processes strategically to support expanding Community leadership networks and evolving business needs.
            • Strategic Partnership

              • Serve as trusted advisor to Community Leaders, providing recommendations that improve productivity and exceed revenue targets.
              • Advocate for Community Leader success while positioning Pavilion for optimal community growth and engagement.

                • Requirements

                  • Experience in operations, marketing operations, or business operations with a track record of scaling systems and processes.
                  • Seasoned CRM admin and crosssystem automator.
                  • Proven success in communication and relationship building, especially in supporting revenuegenerating teams.
                  • Capable of creating accessible and easily adoptable enablement artifacts.
                  • Passionate about using data and analytics to drive business decisions and measurably impact company growth.
                  • Systems thinker who loves turning operational challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions.
                  • Strong quantitative capabilities and can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both senior leadership and frontline team members.
                  • Selfmotivated to learn autonomously and confident tackling new challenges in a remotefirst environment.
