Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you someone who loves connecting the dots between people and purpose? Do you want to play a key role in helping global professionals find the right home while helping U.S. businesses grow?

At ClearDesk, you’ll work from home, collaborate with smart and caring teammates, and help match skilled remote professionals with U.S. companies that are ready to scale. You’ll be part of the reason both thrive.

Our Story Starts with People Like You

The two founders, best friends, were running businesses that needed great talent fast. So, they started building remote teams across countries like the Philippines, Colombia, and India. Not only did it work, it thrived. They realized that talent isn’t limited by geography. With today’s technology and highspeed internet, we’re able to build highperforming global teams that support businesses across the U.S. So ClearDesk was born.

Today, ClearDesk helps U.S. businesses grow by building worldclass remote teams. We don’t just connect talent; we manage the entire experience, from recruiting to retention. And while we help clients thrive, we also stay deeply committed to helping our remote team members build real, lasting careers that support their lives and their families.

That’s where you come in.

The Role: Matching Specialist

You’re the bridge between two people who haven’t met yet, but are about to be the perfect match. On one side, a growing U.S. business with specific needs. On the other, a skilled Remote Team Member (RTM) looking for the right opportunity. You’re the one who makes it happen.

You speak to clients to understand their needs, not just what the role requires, but who they want on their team. You meet RTMs to get a full picture of their background, strengths, and work style. You don’t just look at resumes; you look at people.

You manage a live, growing talent pool, tracking who’s ready, who’s in the pipeline, and who might be a great fit next week. You collaborate with recruitment to flag talent gaps, surface strong candidates, and help keep the pool aligned with evolving client needs.

You’re part recruiter, part matchmaker, part onboarding guide, and you love it. You’re organized, peoplesavvy, and take pride in helping others succeed. You understand how much a great partnership can change everything.

What Your Days Might Look Like:
  • Interview Remote Team Members to get to know them beyond their qualifications and assess alignment with client needs

  • Review client intake forms and speak directly with new clients to understand their goals, preferences, and priorities

  • Match RTMs to client roles thoughtfully and efficiently, based on skills, personality, time zone, and work style

  • Manage a live talent pool database to track candidate readiness, skill sets, and availability

  • Facilitate intro calls and kickoffs between RTMs and clients

  • Support client onboarding by understanding the business and helping ensure smooth transitions

  • Collaborate with recruitment, client success, and training to gather the right information and make every match stronger

  • Update records and tracking tools to keep everything clean and accurate

  • Monitor outcomes and provide input to improve workflows and match quality

    • Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:
      • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, client success, HR, or operations

      • You’re confident on video calls, asking questions and building rapport with both professionals and business leaders

      • You’re organized, reliable, and thrive on structure, even in fastmoving environments

      • You know how to manage competing priorities without losing track of the details

      • You care about making a good match, not just filling a seat

      • You work well with different teams and understand the value of clear handoffs

      • You have experience working with tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, or ATS platforms

      • You enjoy learning about people and helping them find the right fit

        • Why ClearDesk?

Because we believe work should be meaningful, even from home.

At ClearDesk, you’ll work with a remotefirst team that genuinely values your time, contributions, and growth. You’ll be part of a culture that supports one another, celebrates wins, and stays focused on building meaningful careers while helping the business thrive.

We don’t just want you to do your job. We want you to grow with us, stay with us, and feel proud of the difference you’re making.

Here’s what you can expect from us:

          • We pay you fairly and on time

          • We provide prepaid HMO coverage for your peace of mind

          • We help you grow with tools, training, and honest feedback
