We’re Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator – Lead Role
Location: Remote
Employment Type: FullTime
Experience Required: 8+ years ERP Administration | 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud

About the Role
We are building a highimpact team to lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. We are looking for a technically strong, experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator who is confident in leading deployments, managing configurations, and handling ERP security at scale. This role is crucial in supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM across their implementation and lifecycle.

Key Mandatory Skill
  • Strong expertise in RMC and ERP Security
  • Solid experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administration (not EBS)
  • Handson experience with Oracle Fusion ERP patching
  • Working knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), OIC, and VB
    • Primary Responsibilities
      • Lead deployment, administration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM
      • Manage provisioning, functional setups, and configuration migration
      • Design and maintain user security, access controls, and role assignments
      • Monitor application performance and reliability
      • Execute patching, backup, and recovery operations
      • Partner with Oracle and internal teams on system updates and maintenance
      • Document system processes and ensure compliance with change control
      • Act as the primary technical point of contact for ERPrelated issues
      • Develop metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor system health and performance
      • Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementation projects endtoend

          Candidate Requirements

          • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
          • Minimum 8 years of ERP Administration experience
          • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM
          • Experience in at least one fullcycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
          • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
          • Deep knowledge of SDLC, IT change control, and deployment methodologies
          • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
          • Oracle certifications (OCI Foundations or Architect Associate) preferred
          • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
          • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise projects independently
