  This role is ideal for designers with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UIUX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.

  What Youll Do
  

  • Designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering user needs and business objectives.
    
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
    
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.
    
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
    
  • Optimizing designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
    
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UIUX design and development.
    
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
    
  • Experience with User research and Testing.
    
    

  • What Were Looking For
    

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
      
    • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
      
    • Experience with frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
      
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Slack).
      
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and handle client interactions.
      
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      
    • Experience working in crossfunctional teams and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
      
    • Demonstrable UIUX design skills with a strong portfolio (applicants without a portfolio will not be considered).
