Regional Sales Manager – West Africa
Location: Senegal Burkina Faso Ivory Coast (Remotebased)
Reports to: National Sales Manager (South Africa)
Industry: Technology Solutions (Mining, Construction, Agriculture, Geospatial, etc.)


Overview

Our client, a market leader in advanced positioning, data analytics, and geospatial technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across West Africa. This role offers remote flexibility and is ideal for a techsavvy, Frenchspeaking professional with strong sales acumen and miningsurveying exposure.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Drive regional sales performance and meet set targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the allocated region.

  • Maintain CRM records and accurate forecasting reports.

  • Ensure timely delivery and strong aftersales support.

    • Product & Client Management

      • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

      • Build longterm partnerships with key clients.

      • Understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

      • Attend product launches and align with marketing efforts.


        • Requirements

          Qualifications & Experience

          • Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Mining, Engineering or similar.

          • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience.

          • Proven success in business development and regional sales.

          • Experience in mining, surveying, or related technology industries.

          • Fluent in French and English.

            • Other Requirements

              • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (business km reimbursed).

              • Must be able to travel extensively in West Africa and occasionally to South Africa.

              • Stable, highspeed internet and suitable homeoffice setup.
