OPERADOR DE ATENDIMENTO I - ATENDIMENTO

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo, desejável superior ou tecnólogo cursando.
Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office.
Desejável conhecimento de Atendimento do Cliente.
Desejável conhecimento de Técnicas de Comunicação.
Morar em Campinas e ou região

Atribuições do cargo:Realizar atendimento das solicitações dos clientes, através dos diversos canais de comunicação, visando identificar as necessidades, para oferecer respostas precisas aos questionamentos apresentados sobre o uso/funcionamento do serviço ofertado.
Realizar ativação de produtos e serviços comercializados pelos diversos canais de venda da empresa, quando solicitado pelos parceiros, prestadores de serviços e clientes, de acordo com as regras e procedimentos vigentes, após a comercialização e instalação dos mesmos, registrando em sistema próprio ou de terceiros, todas as tratativas das demandas

Horário de Trabalho:   Das 14:00 às 20:20 horas (6x1)

Local de Trabalho: Home office, conforme aditivo de Teletrabalho. Com disponibilidade para estar na empresa, sempre que for solicitado.
