We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and documentation.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and user workflows.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive business analyst backlog plan.
• Manage and align stakeholder expectations with project goals.
• Ramp up quickly on new business domains and deliver insights effectively.

• Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated leadership in enterprise projects.
  • Proven experience in building user personas, user journeys, and workflows.
  • Strong skills in backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience in fastpaced environments with rapid rampup expectations.

  • Desired:

    • Background in Data & Analytics or experience supporting analyticsfocused initiatives.
    • Experience at Manager or Assistant Director level and above.

    • Languages:

      • Advanced Oral English.
      • Native Spanish.

      • Notes:
