French speaking Talent Acquisition Partner (mfd) with Spanish or Dutch

Avantor is seeking a customerfocused Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and crossfunctional HR teams to lead a fullcycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization.

Location: This a remote or a hybrid role based in one of our locations in France, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Czechia or Hungary.

How Will You Thrive:

• FullCycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify employment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and conduct intake sessions.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract and nurture prospects.
• Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Prescreen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Market Intelligence: Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.

• What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting, or behavioralbased interviewing is a plus.
  • Experience: Intermediate experience as an inhouse recruiter or in a recruitment agency is required. Experience within a corporate fullcycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other largescale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Languages: Business fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French with Dutch or French with Spanish is essential.
