Digital Solutions Project Manager – Customer Success

As a Digital Solutions Project Manager – Customer Success at Avantor, you will be supporting our customers who trust us as a leader in the management and distribution of laboratory supplies, chemicals and laboratory equipment. You will support them by provising our Digital Solutions Software Suite for Inventory, Chemicals and Equipment management.

This is a fulltime opportunity and can be performed remotely in Portugal, Spain, Poland or Romania.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent. Supply Chain or applicable discipline preferred
• 5+ year of related work experience
• Formal project management training or certification would be an advantage
• Six Sigma certification or formal training preferred
• Experience working in supply chain, procurement or distribution a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Expert level skills in Excel and Access)
• Excellent presentation and selling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Develops, updates and communicates detailed project plans with internal partners and external customer teams to ensure success of VWR CATALYST business solution implementation.
  • Sets and Manages Client expectations.
  • Make recommendations or alert leadership team of impending business issues.
  • Execute process improvement tools and methodologies as part of customer solutions to provide customer value and VWR CATALYST revenue.
  • Compile, analyze and share crossfunctional and customer data for business reviews.
