Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions, providing customer service.
  • Perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.
  • Analyze and interpret insurance documents and update information in the computer system.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while adhering to guidelines.
