Job Posting:

Job Location Ashulia, Savar (LeeWrangler, Bangladesh Development Centre)

• Ensure all samples request (target, proto, sms, bulk std) are executed on a timely manner and matching LeeWrangler and buyer’s requirement (quality and aesthetic).
• Ensure that all wash development fit into LeeWrangler cost target and can be replicated into bulk production
• Maintain clear and reliable recording system of all requests executed in our development center (wash formula, maintenance of database, etc). Ensure on time delivery of all sample development (washing only)
• To do seasonal wash collection based on Managers direction. To provide technical solution to merchandisers on the product developed.
• To follow and provide technical supportcost saving inputs to Merchandisers. To ensure lab testing of developed products meet requirement.
• To be updated with US market tread with help of manage and with his own source and with help of designers.
• To foresee bulk related replication issues in development stage and alert merchandisers. To follow LeeWrangler RSL and Product safety manual.
• Any task that management reasonably asks to follow.

• WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  Include but not limited to

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Confident with “Can do” attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical mind and problemsolving skill
  • Presentation and report productions skill
  • Effective negotiation and influencing.

  • Working Experience – Min 5 years

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Graduate from Polytechnical or Textile Engieering
