In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
- Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.
- Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a “first time fix” through the problemsolving process.
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science or equivalent technical work or military experience.
- 1+ year experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods.
- Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within assigned territory and travel overnight 10%50%.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to occasionally lift, lower and move up to 50 lbs. (tools, replacement parts, consumables etc.).
- Prior laboratory or field service experience
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment
