Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred., Medical Technologist (MT), ASCP certification preferred., 4-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting laboratory or clinical solutions., Experience in project management and IT/software implementation preferred..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all aspects of TEG implementations at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site installation, configuration, and operator training for Haemonetics devices.
  • Coordinate and communicate project progress with stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
  • Support analyzer testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.

Job Details

Plans, schedules and execute all aspects of Haemonetics TEG implementations, our cartridgebased viscoelastic hemostasis testing platform. This includes engaging and managing customer Laboratory, IT and clinical resources and ensuring quality control throughout projects. Responsible for on site device setup, configuration, operator training and validation of analyzer. This role is required to be in Chicago, IL within reasonable commuting distance of the airport.
