A frustrating maintenance experience sparked the creation of Property Meld. Since then, we’ve built one of the most loved and fastestgrowing platforms in property maintenance operations. But we’re not stopping at “better.” We’re aiming for “best.” 🚀

Now we’re looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to help us build the next era of our platform, one that turns happy users into raving advocates and complex workflows into seamless delightful experiences.

We’re no longer early stage. We’ve hit scale. And we know that growing from a great product into a category leader doesn’t happen by accident. It happens with clarity, prioritization, and a relentless focus on solving the right problems at the right time.

What Youll Do 🔍

You’ll be at the center of our product org, not as a task manager but as a decision maker and translator between customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

In this role, youll:

• Talk to customers constantly. Not when it’s convenient, as a habit. You’ll become fluent in their language and pain points.
  
  
• Define what we build and why, turning raw insights into crisp problem statements and clear specs.
  
  
• Partner with design and engineering to scope work, prioritize ruthlessly, and break big bets into shippable outcomes.
  
  
• Own feature releases endtoend, from discovery to delivery to iteration.
  
  
• Lead crossfunctional alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Marketing.
  
  
• Build buyin and tell the story behind the roadmap, not just the what but the why.
  
  
• Bring structure to ambiguity. You’ll zoom out to see the big picture and dive in to untangle the weeds.
  
  
• Champion quality and value with speed and efficiency. We measure success in how many problems we solve.
  
  
• Own the outcome. You’re not just moving tickets, youre accountable for the success of what ships. That means solving the right problems, measuring impact, and learning from what didn’t work.

  • You’ve shipped software that mattered. You’ve got 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
    
    
  • You have a bias toward action and clarity. You’re not afraid to make a call with incomplete data.
    
    
  • You simplify the complex. You know how to cut through noise, find signal, and focus on what actually drives outcomes.
    
    
  • You’re a strong communicator who can influence without authority.
    
    
  • You love fastmoving teams and know how to bring order to chaos without slowing momentum.
    
    
  • You’re low ego, high ownership. You say “we” more than “I.” You bring others along but don’t wait for permission to lead.
    
    
  • You’re comfortable saying “I don’t know” and hungry to go find out.
    
    

  • How We Work 🌎

    The Product team at Property Meld is remotefirst, with intentional inperson meetups throughout the year. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer teams across time zones, with 4 hours of required overlap with Mountain Time.

    We expect autonomy, accountability, and good judgment. We don’t track hours. We track outcomes. You’ll work hard here, but you’ll also sleep, recharge, and live your life.

    You’ll report directly to VP of Product.

    Compensation & Benefits 💼

    • Starting Salary: $90,000+ depending on experience
