We are looking for a Golang Developer Senior 🕵🏼

Responsabilities

Take Ownership of the Tech

• Designing, developing, and deploying highperformance, scalable applications using Golang.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and critical issues.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and best practices.
• Set the bar for clean, scalable, and maintainable code — and help others meet it.
• Keep an eye on performance and reliability, ensuring things work effectively in the real world.

• Stay HandsOn (When It Matters)

  • Jump into the code when it’s highimpact.
  • Unblock the team when problems get messy.
  • Lead by example — not just tell others what to do.
  • Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration endtoend) to ensure code quality and reliability.

  • Lead Projects from Idea to Launch

    • Work closely with project and product managers and designers to turn ideas into real plans.

    • Support the Team

      • Be a goto mentor for engineers — whether that’s reviewing code, whiteboarding ideas, or just being a good listener.
      • Help people grow in their roles and advance in their careers.
      • Create a team culture where people feel supported, safe to ask questions, and excited to contribute.

      • Shape the Bigger Picture

        • Keep an eye on technical debt and guide the team in paying it down thoughtfully

        • Keep Quality High

          • Ensure we have robust testing, CICD, and monitoring in place — and continually help improve them over time.
          • Lead the way on building systems that are reliable, secure, and easy to maintain.
          • If something goes wrong, you’ll help us learn from it — not just fix it.

          • Bridge the Tech and the Business

            • Translate complex technical ideas into clear, helpful updates for stakeholders.
            • Make sure everyone understands the “why” behind your decisions.
            • Represent engineering in broader conversations (alone or with the Software Architect) and bring back context that helps the team make better choices.

            • Technical Skills

              ● Proficient in Golang: Deep understanding of the language, its concurrency model, and common librariesframeworks.

              ● Proficient in other backend technologies.

              ● AWS Expertise: Handson experience with various AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS).

              ● Automated Testing: Strong ability to write effective unit, integration, and potentially endtoend tests in Golang.

              ● Cloud Architecture: Understanding of scalable and resilient cloudbased system design, different approaches like computing units, orchestrators, or serverless.

              ● ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

              ● Version Control: Proficient with Git.

              ● Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English.

              ● IaC development with languages such as Terraform.

              ● Experience in the bankingfintech industry is desirable.

              ● Proficient in Docker and containerized deployments

              ● Intensely proficient in API development

              ● Frontend knowledge Reactbased frameworks, 1+ years of experience.

              ● Proficient with Node.js, 2+ years of experience.
