Job Summary

The Consumer Sales Agent is responsible for marketing and selling insurance products and services offered by Ritter Insurance Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Selling insurance products to clients who contact RIM Call Center via inbound call, email or website.
  • Provide enrollment services to established clients.
    • Primary Skills & Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have the following:

      • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • A Pennsylvania Health Insurance License; or be willing to complete licensing within 90 days of hire.
      • Agree to complete the Medicare AHIP and any carrier specific training, after hire.
      • The CSA will be contracted through Ritter Insurance Marketing for all necessary carriers.
      • A basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
      • A basic understanding of Medicare and Medicare products.
      • A basic knowledge of marketing and new business operations and procedures.
      • Insurance sales and or marketing experienced preferred but not required.
      • Good communication skills.
      • Good customer service skills.
      • Good computer and typing skills.
      • Good organizational skills.
