Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Project Delivery Specialistor equivalent to support the successful delivery of small to mediumsized business deliverables. This role blends project coordination, light execution work, and business interaction with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept in PowerPoint, project management & documentation, while also helping drive projects forward in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Provide oversight and light execution support for small to mediumsized project deliverables.
      • Build and maintain highquality PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder updates or reportouts
          • Track deliverables, project milestones, and action items through clear data entry and documentation practices.
              • Capture meeting notes, decisions, and updates in realtime and follow up on open items.
                  • Coordinate with business teams to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project tasks.
                      • Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
                          • Participate in team meetings and crossfunctional working groups to support project execution.
                              • Assist in managing projectrelated communications and documentation across departments.
                                • Qualifications
                                  • Experience in project support and coordination
                                      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (slide creation, formatting, data visualization).
                                          • Solid understanding of basic project management concepts and tools (e.g., timelines, task tracking).
                                              • Strong data entry and documentation skills, with high attention to detail.
                                                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
                                                      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
                                                        • Additional Information

                                                          Education:

                                                          • Fouryear college degree or equivalent industry experience.
