      YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

      • You act as the subject matter expert for our loyalty platform and lead its configuration, customization, and continuous improvement

      • You translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for platform enhancements and new feature development

      • You manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals and technical feasibility

      • You collaborate closely with IT, development teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and highquality implementation of platform changes

      • You drive the integration of our loyalty platform with thirdparty partners like Mastercard, Miles & More, and hotel chains

      • You ensure data security and regulatory compliance by defining and enforcing governance protocols for loyalty data

        • YOUR SKILLS MATTER

          • Experience You have 3+ years of experience as a Platform Owner, Product Owner or similar role within loyalty software or CRM platforms

          • Background You understand the mechanics of pointsbased loyalty programs and have experience with redemption processes and customer lifecycle management

          • ToolsSystems You are familiar with platform integration, thirdparty networks, and payment gateway systems

          • Data Security You know how to ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance and implement secure data governance practices

          • Communication You are an excellent communicator and thrive when collaborating with stakeholders across all levels

          • Language You are fluent in English
