Summary:

The Sr. Services Engagement Director aligned to Professional Services drives revenue in assigned accounts while creating and fostering relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly visible and strategically positioned individual contributor sales role. To succeed, you must understand customer needs, challenges, and expected business outcomes and provide them with Genesys solutions. Youll work with internal teams along the Customer buying cycle to ensure the customer is provided with the best solutions to achieve their business goals.
