JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Litigation Specialist is primarily responsible for participating in all aspects of the dispute and litigation process, from the initiation of a claim or case to the discovery period through settlement, trial and posttrial proceedings and appeals, including reporting on matters and budgeting. This role will work in tandem with all members of the inhouse legal department.
