Job Description Summary

Oversee the onboarding of new plan sponsor retirement plans and the conversion of existing plans from other providers. Provide customized service and communications throughout the installation process to ensure deliverables are met. Manage relationships with plan sponsors, financial advisors, third party administrators, and associated stakeholders. The senior role is responsible for onboarding mid and large plan sponsors with high employee counts, requiring indepth retirement plan knowledge and installation process expertise. Serve as a mentor to more junior staff.
