The Enterprise Learning Facilitator plays a vital role in advancing workforce development across the organization by delivering engaging, inperson training sessions for employees at all levels. This position is responsible for facilitating learning experiences that align with company goals, compliance requirements, and best practices in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). A key focus of this role is delivering enterprisewide Leadership & Development programs that foster strong, capable leaders across the organization. With approximately 90% travel, the Enterprise Learning Facilitator ensures consistent delivery of training content across multiple locations, helping to cultivate a highperforming and valuesdriven workforce.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Delivery and Facilitation

  • Facilitate inperson training sessions for employees at all levels and in all roles across the organization ensuring content is delivered in an engaging, relevant, and impactful manner.
  • Lead enterprisewide delivery of Leadership & Development programs, including firsttime supervisor training, emerging leader pathways, and leadership coaching modules.
  • Deliver curriculum related to onboarding, compliance, personcentered practices, positive behavior supports, and organizational values.
  • Adapt facilitation approach based on audience, outcomes, and learning needs while maintaining fidelity to core content.
    • Program Implementation and Coordination

      • Partner with Learning & Development leadership to schedule and coordinate training sessions across geographic regions and functional areas.
      • Ensure training environments are prepared and conducive to learning, including managing materials, room setup, and logistics.
      • Collect participant feedback to evaluate session effectiveness and recommend improvements to content or delivery.
        • Support and Consultation

          • Serve as a subject matter resource to reinforce best practices and field questions during or after training sessions.
          • Support new leaders during onboarding and transition phases through supplemental coaching and ongoing learning support.
          • Collaborate with supervisors, HR, and operational teams to reinforce training goals and development plans at the local level.
            • Compliance and Documentation

              • Maintain accurate training attendance, feedback forms, and records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
              • Stay informed of regulatory and accreditation requirements that impact training content and delivery.
                • Travel Requirements

                  • Travel up to 90% to deliver training at various service locations across the organization, including overnight travel as needed.
                  • Maintain flexibility to adjust travel schedules to meet operational training needs.
                    • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

                      This position has no supervisory responsibilities

                      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

                      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
                      • 3+ years of experience facilitating inperson training sessions, with at least 2 years focused on Leadership & Development programs across an enterprise or multisite organization.
                      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development, best practices, and effective facilitation techniques.
                      • Ability to engage with diverse audiences and adapt facilitation styles accordingly.
                      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic use of LMS platforms.
                      • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
                      • Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
                      • Certified trainer in relevant instructional programs (e.g., Mandt, CPI, CPRFirst Aid, PersonCentered Thinking).
                      • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently with short notice.
                      • Bilingual skills a plus.
                        • PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

                          • Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained physical activity, such as sitting, standing, walking, or repetitive hand movements.
                          • Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other peripherals.
                          • Ability to lift and carry items within a reasonable weight range, if necessary.
                          • Regular use of technology and exposure to prolonged periods of screen time.
