Job Description

As a Controls Technician in the field, you will engage with many of Rockwell Automations customers across a variety of industries. Your mission is to support our customers in assessing their control system assets and working handson to ensure that systems are maintained and functioning properly.

You will be focused on onsite technical services that may include commissioning, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Control Systems (PLCMotionDrives) in several applications. You will provide onsite field support to engineering installation and may be an embedded resource for customer or distributor.

Field Technicians help maintain our reputation for excellent customer service and will collaborate with sales team members to ensure any commercial challenges are resolved quickly. You will report to the Territory Services Manager and work onsite at customers in the Colorado area.
