The Job:
Team Global Express understand that good Truck Drivers are a rare resource that need to be respected and valued especially in regional locations. We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Driver at our Port Hedland Depot.

Some Benefits:

  Some Key Responsibilities:

  • To represent Team Global Express in a professional manner while picking up freight from customers and delivering to customers and in a consistent and timely manner.

  • To ensure freight is securely loaded and unloaded and liftedtransported in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Adhering to scanning and Proof of Delivery procedures and safe and lawabiding driving practices. The driver is expected to understand and respect TGE’s OH&S policies and procedures.

  • Manage and collect all consignment paperwork andor manifests and notes at pickup points.

  • Ensure freight is packaged in a safe and effective manner.

    About you:
    Skills & Experience

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Current manual HR licence or above and HR driving experience

    • Current Forklift ticket required

    • Experience in pickup and delivery of general and express freight.

    • Experience with radio communications systems preferable

    • Experience with Load Restraint Systems & Equipment preferable.

    • Experience with restraining loads in accordance with National Transport Commission’s Load Restraint Guidelines desirable.

    • Ability to pass prechecks (medicalbackgroundD&A)
