About the role
We’re looking for a senior Product UX Designer to join us on a 6‑month contract, with the potential to transition to fulltime. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to simplify complex insurance workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences. From discovery to launch, you’ll own the endtoend design process and play a key role in delivering scalable, customercentric solutions. Tools we use include Figma, FigJam, Slack, Linear.

Pay transparency

We’re offering $100–140hour, depending on your experience and where youre based. If we both decide to make things official after the contract, we’ll revisit comp and talk about fulltime salary, equity, and benefits then. We aim to be fair, transparent, and competitive with market rates—and we’re always open to a conversation.
