As the Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite, you will own a portfolio of core products that power applicant acquisition and recruitment marketing. You’ll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across these tools—collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful products.
You’ll operate like a founder—navigating the 0to1 journey with deep customer empathy, fast learning loops, and clear focus on productmarket fit. Once validated, you’ll scale these products to deliver measurable value to the business.
