Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of critical parts of our agent and agency management platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and discovery: someone who’s energized by building intentional, usercentric workflows, but also curious about the systems and data that power those experiences behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with a Product Lead, engineering, design, and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver features that help agents and agency principals deeply understand their businesses so they know where and how to invest in order to maximize growth and beneficiary retention.

What Youll Do
  • Own key product areas related to how agents and agencies manage their book of business, understand retention patterns, and take action to improve their performance (overall production and quality)
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to define product specs, ship highquality features, and drive adoption
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Success, Ops, Compliance) to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable product solutions
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze product usage, and run experiments to identify highimpact opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in your domain and ensure alignment with broader product strategy
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and workstreams
    • Who You Are
      • You have a track record for managing a successful product domain, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products
      • You write clear product specs and have strong instincts for when to be scrappy vs when to be rigorous
      • You’re comfortable navigating crossfunctional work and can clearly communicate decisions and tradeoffs
      • You use data to inform decisions, whether through dashboards, SQL, or close partnership with data teams
      • You’ve seen products through multiple launch cycles and know how to set goals, measure impact, and iterate
      • You thrive in ambiguous, fastpaced environments and take ownership without waiting to be asked
      • Youre deeply empathetic toward all the different internal and external stakeholders you work with
