Minimum 2 years of experience in CDD, AML, or KYC within financial services or cryptocurrency industry., Degree in Financial Crime, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or related fields., Native Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills, supporting Mandarin-speaking clients., Business-level English proficiency for internal and international communication..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for corporate clients, ensuring accurate KYC documentation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and complete Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases.
  • Review, resolve, and escalate alerts or adverse screening results.
  • Support periodic reviews of existing corporate customers and suggest process improvements.

This role is a critical blend of clientfacing onboarding (KYC) and robust operational due diligence (CDD). You will be instrumental in safeguarding our platform while providing an excellent experience for our Chinese speaking client base.
