THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build design process, delivering highquality product interfaces while also maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
- Provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build the team recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure the team is staffed to full capacity.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of a team of designers by delegating tasks according to skill sets and project demands.
- Participate in leadership discussions to interpret and apply business strategy to design efforts, optimizing designs across channels (web and mobile).
- Oversee and enhance the component library, particularly for scalability and mobile adaptability, collaborating with the team on component documentation.
- Engage in strategic prioritization meetings to align design efforts with overall business goals;
- Ensure tasks in Figma are wellorganized and documented for development handoff.
- Facilitate regular syncs with development and other departments to refine workflows, maintain alignment on goals, and support crossdepartmental understanding of design assets.
- Continuously refine and optimize design processes to improve delivery quality and team efficiency.
- Directly participate in design delivery when needed.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HumanComputer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Advanced skills in Figma.
- Expertise in User Experience best practices, Design and Accessibility guidelines Comprehensive understanding of design for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces.
- Strong background in usercentered design and an understanding customer journey mapping.
- Previous handson experience in design roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
- Experience with design systems: creating, maintaining, and optimizing them for consistency and efficiency across multiple platforms and teams.
- Experience working with metrics, analytics, and user feedback, using datadriven insights to refine design solutions and measure success.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for user insights.
- Strong project management abilities to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks within the design team effectively.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
