About the Role:

Digitally transforming organizations—that is your mission as a Business Consultant at Idalko Europe. You help companies collaborate more efficiently and smarter by analyzing their processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing targeted solutions.

You advise on digital transformation, automation, and enterprise service management, mostly using Atlassian tools (we are a Platinum Solution Partner), but always tailored to the customer’s needs. You also provide support via our service desk and offer advice on agile, project, and service management issues.

Additionally, there is plenty of room for your personal development, whether you want to deepen your expertise in Atlassian or broaden your skills towards change management or agile coaching.

  • You quickly get to the heart of complex issues and enjoy truly helping clients, whether that involves processes, teams, or tooling.
  • You are proactive, clientfocused, and enjoy working collaboratively within a closeknit team
    • You’re Skilled in
      • A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or businessrelated field
      • Experience with Atlassian tools (such as Jira and Confluence) and a desire to further develop your skills
      • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management is a plus
      • Understanding of agile working methods andor the software development life cycle
      • Excellent command of French or Dutch (Depending on your location), as well as English.
