Join our global Talent Acquisition team of 17 professionals spanning across 7+ countries. As a key part of our recruitment service, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. We are a dynamic organization of 1,700+ employees globally and 65 employees in Ukraine, yet we operate with agility and embrace change. What You Will Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles – from sourcing and screening to pre-onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong tech talent pipeline, ensuring we attract and retain the best professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create compelling job ads.
  • Network online and offline to enhance our employer brand and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Collaborate with employment agencies and technical universities to establish a strong talent pipeline.
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding events (both internal and external).
  • Support HR teams in additional HR-related initiatives as needed.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience of 1+ years in recruiting tech talent.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (behavioral, structured, case etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain tech job requirements.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Solid knowledge of the local talent market and global hiring trends.
  • Basic proficiency in AI recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
