Senior Product Designer (fmd)

Your Role

• Feature Review and Enhancement:Analyse existing features based on user requirements and generate ideas for possible solutions that align with our product vision
• UIUX Optimization: Finetune mockups and build feature prototypes for our responsive desktopapp in Figma that can be used for user testing and as input for implementation
• Style Guide Development:Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive style guide and UI kit in Figma, ensuring consistency across all design elements
• Wireframing New Ideas: Transform new business propositions into wireframes and mockups, allowing for earlystage feedback from users and stakeholders
• CrossFunctional Collaboration:Work closely with our product team and engineers to ensure design feasibility, iterating on concepts based on technical insights and user feedback

• Your Profile

  • You have 8 years of UXUI design experience with multiple projects, encompassing both redesigns and the creation of new product concepts
  • Strong design skills, proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UIUX principles
  • Experience with reportingdata apps and processheavy ecommerce applications, ideally with both B2C and B2B products
  • You are detailoriented, empathetic, and solutionfocused, with a strong commitment to usercentred design
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • You are looking for a longterm collaboration (min. 1 year) and have availability to work with us for three days per week (2025 hours)
