We are seeking a product designer who is passionate about solving complex challenges and transforming internal and externalfacing workflows. This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by delighting our internal teams and, in turn, enhancing the experience for our external clinician users. You will be responsible for untangling intricate processes, digging into the details to create elegant and efficient solutions today, while also imagining entirely new futures for our products.

You should be adept at understanding user needs, mapping out entire ecosystems, and delivering solutions that are both highly functional and a pleasure to use. Your responsibilities:

This role is for a highly experienced Designer to lead complex design initiatives. Youll be responsible for shaping product strategy and delivering innovative solutions that significantly impact user experience and business goals. What youll do:

  • Collaborate on Product Decisions: Partner with team members from Business, Product Management, and Engineering to respond to strategic requirements and design wellinformed, usercentered solutions.
  • Partner with Engineers in an Agile Process: Work closely with engineers throughout the development cycle to ensure highquality implementation of designs. This includes providing detailed specifications, addressing technical constraints, and iterating on solutions to deliver a polished final product.
  • Drive User Research and Usability Testing: Proactively identify research opportunities, design and execute studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests), analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations to inform product iterations and new feature development.
  • Present and Articulate Design Solutions to Stakeholders: Effectively communicate design decisions, rationale, and user insights to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, product teams, and engineering, fostering a shared understanding and buyin for design direction.
  • Contribute to and Evolve the Design System: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of our design system, creating new components, refining existing ones, and ensuring consistency and scalability across all product experiences.

                • Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the monthly base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
