We are seeking an organized, proactive, and peoplefocused Talent Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training and development initiatives across the organization. This role will play a vital part in the team responsible for organizing engaging learning experiences, supporting employee growth, and helping foster a culture of continuous development. In this role, you will be responsible for, among other tasks, managing the daytoday operations of our SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating groupwide mandatory training programs to ensure compliance, consistency, and an exceptional user experience.

What youll be doing:

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Oversee daily operations of SuccessFactors LMS including user account management, content deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and maintain system settings and workflows to support evolving training requirements.
  • Ensure the LMS is uptodate and aligned with organizational needs.
    • Learning ProgramsCoordination

      • Develop and maintain a training calendar for 10+ compliancerelated mandatory training programs (e.g., AntiMoney Laundering, Whistleblowing, Risk Management, ..).
      • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and completion of mandatory training.
      • Monitor and follow up on training compliance and completion across all departments.
      • Coordinate logistics for other inperson and virtual training programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and other learning events.
      • Schedule sessions, manage invitations, coordinate with facilitators, and handle setup and materials.
      • Track attendance and gather feedback to assess training effectiveness.
        • LearnerSupport and Communication

          • Serve as the primary point of contact for LMSrelated inquiries from employees and managers.
          • Provide guidance and training on LMS navigation and functionality.
          • Develop and maintain user documentation and support resources.
          • Prepare communications, training calendars, guides, and learning resources for employees.
          • Help create and format presentation materials, handouts, and elearning content.
            • Reportingand Evaluation

              • Track and maintain accurate records of all training completion and effectiveness.
              • Generate regular reports on learning participation and performance.
              • Help build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders and audits.
              • Support posttraining evaluations and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
              • Provide insights and recommendations to improve training impact and engagement.
                • Were looking for someone who has:

                  • Proven experience administering SuccessFactors LMS (or comparable system).
                  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
                  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and other project management platform
                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
                  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
                  • Accustomed to collaborating with a remote team and proactive in a remotefirst environment.
                  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
                    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

                      • Background in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
                      • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
                      • Experience coordinating compliance training in regulated industries.
                      • Familiarity with elearning standards and course authoring tools.
