Software Engineering Coordinator

We are looking for a Software Engineering Coordinator – Remote Position with Strong English Skills (level B2C1, Solid experience in systems development and architecture, technical team leadership, and working with Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
• Serve as a technical reference, defining and ensuring the application of best practices in system architecture, software development and design patterns based on SOLID and Clean Architecture.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting their technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of developed solutions, especially in highdemand and batch processing environments.

• Technical Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in system development and architecture using Java (17+).
  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Compute Engine, Dataflow, PubSub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, among others.
  • Indepth knowledge of Batch processing, including the design and optimization of solutions for large data volumes.
  • Familiarity with relational and nonrelational databases.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (ScrumKanban) and project management tools (Jira).
