As a remote support specialist, you will assist Italianspeaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless support experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality support to Italianspeaking customers via remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Assist customers with product functionalities and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in the system, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address complex problems effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to gauge satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company products to enhance knowledge and provide informed support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
      • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
