      What You’ll Actually Be Doing

      You won’t just design — you’ll produce meaningful creative assets that drive visibility, elevate storytelling, and move audiences.

      You’ll take ownership of:

      1. Visual Design & Branding Support
      ● Create eyecatching marketing graphics, brand visuals, and promotional materials
      ● Design scrollworthy social media content, website banners, and ad creatives
      ● Maintain consistency with client brand guides while infusing creative flair

      2. Video & Podcast Editing
      ● Edit YouTube videos — including cutting, color correction, transitions, and overlays
      ● Polish podcast episodes for audio clarity, flow, and professional sound quality
      ● Add intros, outros, captions, and motion graphics to boost engagement

      3. Creative Campaign Execution
      ● Collaborate with the marketing team to support launches, promotions, and evergreen content
      ● Assist in content ideation, filming coordination, and postproduction delivery
      ● Create assets for lead magnets, landing pages, and email campaigns

      4. Project Management & Optimization
      ● Manage multiple creative projects across clients and formats
      ● Deliver highquality work on deadline — with minimal revision needed
      ● Optimize assets for various channels and devices (desktop, mobile, print, etc.)

      Requirements

      • Proven graphic design experience with a killer portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills and professionalquality work.
      • Video editing experience with demonstrated ability to produce highquality content for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.
      • Proficiency with professional graphic design applications including Adobe Suite and Canva with advanced skills in layout, typography, and visual composition.
      • Experience with professional video editing software with ability to handle complex editing, color correction, and audio synchronization.
      • Audio editing skills for podcast production including noise reduction, sound optimization, and professionalquality output.
      • Strong creative vision with ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual and video content.
      • Excellent time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
      • Selfmotivated with attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing team.
