Senior Communications and Training Manager

The Senior Communications and Training Manager will be instrumental in elevating dealer communications, improving campaign efficiency, managing territories, and equipping our dealers with the skills they need to turn leads into sales. This pivotal position directly contributes to the triumph of the companys National Lead Program. In this role, the Senior Communications and Training Manager will advance the goals and success of the program by sharing insights on campaign performance, engaging in effective project management, and working handinhand with dealers to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all communications directed to the National Dealer Network
• Lead dealer training initiatives aimed at converting leads into sales
• Organize and facilitate monthlyquarterly success calls with each dealer in the network
• Implement and supervise the collection of results through the integration of various CRMs
• Enhance lead conversion based on ROI metrics for our dealer network
• Oversee the overall management of dealer territories and provide data on open markets
• Offer monthly forecasts based on dealer territory analysis
• Supervise the performance of dealer and vendor Call Centers
• Oversee all call auditing processes to assess campaigns and dealer performance
• Transform data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Ensure the coordination and timely completion of projects, staying within budget and scope

• Requirements

  • Education Qualifications Requirements:
  • 5+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience are required
  • 5+ years in home improvement marketing training and leadership roles
  • Experience working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Bachelors degree is preferred

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and is driven, with a keen eye for detail
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a knack for fostering collaborative relationships
    • Outstanding skills in verbal presentations, group dynamics, and facilitation
    • Takes initiative in tackling challenges and finding solutions
    • Advance in MS Office
    • Knowledge of CRM, Call Center and 800# Provider systems
    • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

    • The compensation package starts at $107,000+, based on experience
