About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Openprovider!
If youre organised, detaildriven, and love running smooth, effective campaigns — especially in a global, remote environment — we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, youll own the execution of MDF campaigns from start to finish, ensuring our partners experience seamless delivery, clear ROI, and timely followthrough. Your work will empower our Partnership Manager to focus on strategic growth and relationship expansion — while you make things happen on the ground.

MDF stands for Marketing Development Funds. These are funds provided by us, to support our resellers in growing their business. We receive these funds from our registry partners and suppliers, and pass them to our resellers for marketing initiatives that can help drive more sales and expand your reach. The goal is to help them succeed while increasing awareness and sales of the products we offer, particularly domain registrations, but we can potentially provide MDFs for any of our products. When campaigns are wellexecuted, everyone benefits: resellers grow their revenue, suppliers gain market share, and we strengthen the ecosystem. It’s a winwin across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Coordinate deliverables, timelines and stakeholders to ensure every MDF campaign meets partner expectations and internal quality standards.
Contract Administration: Draft, route and archive MDF contracts with minimal errors, meeting the 48‑hour SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for campaign follow‑ups, maintaining timely, professional communication with both internal teams and partners.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present clear post‑campaign reports with performance metrics and actionable insights.
Project Leadership: Lead internal stand‑upscheck‑ins, track tasks in AsanaHubSpot, and escalate bottlenecks proactively.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise campaign execution or reporting and drive implementation.
