The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

As a Payment Operations Analyst at TRAILD, you’ll play a key role in the daily execution and support of our payment operations. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, supporting payment partner relationships, and handling exceptions that arise across domestic and international payment rails.

You’ll work closely with banking and payment service providers (PSPs) to meet SLAs, support onboarding and account setup, and manage operational issues such as payment failures or delays. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detailoriented, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and is comfortable diving into the operational intricacies of financial systems.
