We are currently looking for a Senior M&A Associate with strong financial expertise, autonomy, and strategic vision to join a global technology and financial company leading digital solutions for process optimization in highgrowth sectors.

💼 What will your mission be?
You will be responsible for leading the analysis, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. You will also play an active role in deal sourcing, advanced financial modeling, engagement with international stakeholders, and direct support to business leaders.

🔍 Key responsibilities of the role:
✔ Identify and assess M&A opportunities in both emerging and developed markets.
✔ Conduct financial analyses (DCF, comparables, LBO, etc.) and due diligence.
✔ Build robust financial models and investor presentations.
✔ Participate in deal structuring and negotiations.
✔ Coordinate with external advisors and legal, financial, and operational teams.
✔ Research markets, industries, and target companies.
✔ Work closely with founders and directors on strategic decisionmaking.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
🔹 Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
🔹 Experience: 3 to 5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A. Experience as a SaaS entrepreneur or in fastgrowing tech startups is a plus.

🔧 Technical requirements:
✔ Native or professionallevel English (mandatory).
✔ Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel, and deal analysis.
✔ Excellent written communication in English (memos, pitch decks, presentations).
✔ Strong sales and executive communication skills in multicultural settings.
✔ Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, PowerPoint, CRMs).
