Our client is a leading global company in the agricultural sector, providing innovative crop protection solutions that help farmers combat weeds, insects, and diseases. With advanced R&D, manufacturing, and formulation capabilities, and the world’s most extensive portfolio of active ingredients, the company delivers tailored solutions to meet local farming needs across the globe.

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Expert to support ongoing projects focused on improving master data quality, governance, and related business processes. The expert will work on a project basis and play a strategic role in optimizing the client’s SAP MDG and S4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP MDG solutions across master data domains (Materials, BPs, etc.)
• Define and implement data governance policies and ownership models in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Design and maintain validation, enrichment, and workflow processes
• Integrate MDG seamlessly with SAP S4HANA and SBO systems
• Provide endtoend support during data migration, transformation projects, and upgrades
• Act as a trusted advisor on master data standards and best practices

• Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of handson experience with SAP MDG, including configuration, data modeling, and workflows
  • Proven experience with SAP S4HANA master data management
  • Indepth knowledge of master data structures and ERP business processes in large organizations
  • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and data lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between technical and business stakeholders
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with MDG Central Governance and Consolidation
    • Full life cycle implementation of MDG standard and custom objects
    • Familiarity with Fioribased MDG UI enhancements
    • Experience in multinational or regulated industries
    • SAP certifications in MDG or S4HANA
